Processing time: 7 to 21 working days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK- Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)
  • International order- Typically arrive in 10–15 working days, but delays may occur depending on your local customs and postal services.

Due to the nature of handmade production, slight imperfections such as tiny air bubbles, surface texture, or minor shape variations may occur. These do not affect the functionality of the mould or the quality of the final cast.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a unique, artisan-made product — not a mass-produced item.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our silicone moulds, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your mould arrives damaged:

  • within 3 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund
